EVENT FAQ

Reservations: 

We require reservations for events that include food because all food items are specially ordered and/or catered for those events. Your reservation ensures that sufficient food will be available for all our guests. For most events requiring reservations space is limited. Once the event is "Sold out" we will take a few names with contact information for a "Waiting list." 

 

Credit Cards:

We ask for Credit Card information, or pre-payment, to hold your reservation to avoid the situation of having turned people down because we were sold out and then having vacancies and food wasted due to "no shows." You can cancel your reservation up to 25 hours before the event. We charge credit cards 24 hours before the event. Your credit card information is stored securely. 

 

Dress Code

Folks, this is TEXAS. At some of the biggest, most expensive, "high society" events you'll see blue jeans and tuxedos, squaw dresses and formals. Come dressed however you are comfortable among friends and friends to be. 

 

Children and Pets

We know you love your children and your pets.  If you bring either to Sunset Winery please be sure that they are well behaved.  It is your responsibility to keep them safe, entertained, out of trouble, and to clean up any mess they may make.  Leashes are recommended.

Gratuity:

A 20% Graduity will be added to each ticket for groups of 8 or more, including winery special events. 

 

Groupons, Living Social, Amazon Local, & Travel Zoo do not include tax or gratuity.
